2. Eligibility

· By placing an order, you confirm you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3. Orders & contract
When you place an order:
· Your order is an offer to purchase — not a confirmed sale.
· Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance.
· A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your order.
· We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. A full refund will be issued.
4. Pricing & payment
· All prices are listed in USD. Local currency estimates are shown at checkout.
· The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time of checkout.
· Payment must be made in full at the time of order.
· We are not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank.
5. Shipping & delivery
· Estimated delivery windows are not guaranteed.
· Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes where they apply.
· Risk and title pass to you upon delivery.

· Weights, dimensions, and specifications are approximate and may vary slightly between batches.

All content on the Caninese website — logos, images, text, product names, and design — is the exclusive property of Caninese and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or use our content commercially without express written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
· Caninese is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website.
· Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant product.
· Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
10. Pet safety
· All products should be used under appropriate supervision, especially with puppies, kittens, or animals that chew.
· Caninese is not liable for injury or illness resulting from misuse or failure to follow care instructions.
· If your pet has a health condition, consult your veterinarian before introducing new products.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. EU customers retain all mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law.
