Processing time
Before your order ships
All orders are carefully inspected and packed before dispatch. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Your tracking number will be emailed to you the moment your order is on its way.

Global delivery
Caninese ships globally to all English-speaking markets. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your country, please reach out at care@caninese.com before placing your order.
Customs, duties & taxes
A smooth arrival, wherever possible
We work hard to ensure your order arrives without additional charges, and in most cases it will. Where we are able to, we aim to cover import duties and customs costs on your behalf.
Occasionally, depending on your country and the policies in place at the time of import, some orders may be subject to local fees beyond our control. If this applies to your order, our shipping partner will contact you directly.

Delays & missing orders
If something doesn't go to plan
Delivery windows are estimates. Occasional delays can happen due to high-volume periods, customs processing, or events outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the maximum delivery window, please contact us at care@caninese.com with your order number and we will investigate right away.
If tracking shows your order as delivered but it hasn't arrived, please check with neighbours or building reception and allow 2 extra business days. If it still hasn't appeared, we are here to help.
Incorrect address
Double-check at checkout
Caninese is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase. If you spot an error immediately after ordering, contact us at care@caninese.com as quickly as possible and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
