✗ Used, washed, or worn items
✗ Returns after the 30-day window
✗ Final sale or clearance items
Damaged or faulty items
We will sort it immediately
On the rare occasion that something arrives damaged or faulty:
Items under $75 — we will send a replacement immediately. No return required.
Items $75 and above — send us a photo and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.
Email care@caninese.com with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery.
How to return

| 02 | We will confirm eligibility and send return instructions within 24–48 hours. |
| 03 | Pack the item securely in its original packaging. |
| 04 | Ship using a tracked service and keep your tracking number. |
| 05 | Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. |
