✗  Returns after the 30-day window

✗  Final sale or clearance items

Damaged or faulty items

We will sort it immediately

On the rare occasion that something arrives damaged or faulty:

Items under $75 — we will send a replacement immediately. No return required.
Items $75 and above — send us a photo and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.

Email care@caninese.com with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery.

How to return

Five simple steps

01 Email care@caninese.com with your order number and reason for return.
02 We will confirm eligibility and send return instructions within 24–48 hours.
03 Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
04 Ship using a tracked service and keep your tracking number.
05 Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
